Before Shawn started working with us at WadeCo Specialties we didn’t feel comfortable sending our drivers and loads out on the road.  We didn’t realize how many DOT regulations we were not complying with until Shawn got things into order.  Being unable to comply with DOT rules and regulations are an afterthought for WadeCo management due to Shawn’s dedication and persistence in training up all levels.  Shawn has great teaching methods that allow all drivers with different experience levels to learn from him.  He is easily approachable and is always available and willing to answer any questions.  Since Shawn became a part of our team we are able to focus on our jobs/ duties and not worry about what DOT fines and penalties are possible.

At our Annual Company Training Seminar when it came time to train our company drivers on DOT regulations and how CSA would affect them we turned to Shawn Melson.  He provided comprehensive and accurate training that J.
